Description
Bear Food started the way a lot of good things do — a couple of friends selling snacks out of a dorm room to fund something bigger. These days it's a family-run operation out of Matthews, North Carolina, still hand-cooking peanuts in small batches the old-fashioned way, because good flavor takes patience, not shortcuts.
These are jumbo Virginia peanuts, cooked low and slow for a crunch that actually holds up, then finished in five flavors that range from classic to a little bit wild. Butter Toasted goes sweet and buttery with a toffee-like coating, straight out of a Southern grandmother's kitchen. Honey Toasted keeps it simple and nostalgic — sweet honey, a pinch of salt, nothing fussy. Dill Pickle is the one that surprises people: tangy, vinegary, and weirdly hard to stop eating. Hand-Cooked is the purist's choice, lightly salted and left alone to taste like a peanut should. And Gourmet Bear Mix throws everything into one bag — cheddar sticks, toffee peanuts, pecans, cashews, and a little Cajun kick — for when one flavor just isn't enough.
Good for snacking, gifting, or setting out at a party you don't want to end.

We loved the selection of lighted Christmas greens, books, games, puzzles, decor, great gifts for men, and drinks at this beautiful store in Potosi, Wisconsin. It is a great girls’ trip destination. Lunch afterwards at the Potosi Brewery is excellent.
Great spot to work remote, connect with teammates, buy gifts, and hang out with friends. Lots of really comfortable seating, wifi, open spaces and private spaces for conference calls. Definitely on the list to stop back in when we're in the area!
This place was awesome! So much stuff and super friendly people. Went in on a sleepy Sunday afternoon and the place was super cool as someone not from the area. Liked it better than some shops that we have been to in big cities and other small towns
